By focusing on proper basic mechanics specific to your sport, CORE Speed Training will give you a quicker first step and enable you to excel at your sport with speed in mind. Improve Balance and Core Strength:
Better coordination and balance are essential to body control. By focusing on movement technique and s

port-specific movement patterns, your sports speed will be greatly enhanced. Strength Training:
Build core body strength and stability while improving muscle strength and tone, by using our fast-twitch muscle training methods. Injury Prevention:
The best way to reduce injury is through our integrated training program that develops flexibility, stability, core strength and proper movement technique. We also always start each training session with a 10 minute Dynamic stretch and warm-up to prepare the body to reach optimal performance. Before an athlete ever worries about how well they hit, catch, or throw, they need to have proper running form along with adequate strength and flexibility levels. Most athletes over look this step and think that it will just come naturally as they play their sport. There is a best way to do everything, run, stop, jump, land, and change of direction and this is why at Core Speed Training we are always working on these areas, it gives our athletes an advantage over all other athletes that are skipping this very important step. We will continuously challenge each athlete to bring an attitude of hard work, accountability, and total effort to each workout so the athlete improves physically and mentally
