From beginner… to almost Black Belt and Junior Instructor.

The young lady in the blue belt? A few years ago she was the nervous little one on the edge of the mat, hiding behind mom and dad.

Today? She's the one demonstrating. The one those younger students are watching. The one helping them get it right.

That doesn't happen by accident.

It happens because she showed up. Good days and bad days. When she felt like it — and when she didn't.

All that showing up turned into confidence. Discipline. The kind of quiet strength you can't fake and can't buy.

And now she's passing it on.
