Would you believe me if I told you that 4 throws before this we were sitting 77–78 mph… and with a few adjustments, we jumped all the way up to 83 mph?! 🤯

Huge shoutout to my guy Corbyn! Coming off a stellar season and heading into only 8th grade, Corbyn is already running it up to the upper 70s on the bump, sitting at 77 mph off the mound and now touching 83 mph on his pulldown.

Today’s session wasn’t about overpowering the throw or going full arm intent. It was about allowing the body to work in sequence and letting energy move efficiently through the entire chain.

With Corbyn, we’re over-exaggerating the development of a strong front side, allowing his size and athleticism to propel him down the mound and create more efficient energy transfer.
