Lake Merritt Rowing Club (LMRC) is a member-supported, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to sharing the joy of rowing with the diverse Bay Area community. We are honored to row out of the Municipal Boathouse below the Lake Chalet Restaurant on the west side of Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. The club offers programs for new rowers and provides coaching and competition-level equipment

for experienced athletes. Our youth programs offer year-round opportunities for middle and high school-aged students to build teamwork and athleticism.
