Like said you can’t change any Sports in Tanzania because anyone does what he/ she want to do without no where are they going to go in future 🤷🏿‍♂️ who will benefits or who will get the job done! To bring athleticism Players in Tanzania to becoming Professional Players needs a lot of investment.
if you don’t start with foundation Program or after School Program like Private Institutions & Government Institutions, Sports Academy, Charitable foundations, Clubs, stackholders. All Programs should be running from Elementary level Schools to higher Education Level institutions. To get better grades and more opportunities you need to have access with your students to achieve higher grades for the highest level education.
Great Programs start from High school level to the College level Education system where you can find good age or mature age for one who can take the advantage of this opportunity to reach to top level. They can get to the level where they are at the moment in their careers or getting to the point where they’re ready for the college level education.

Secondly, To have Program Exchange from other Schools like United States they got those Programs that can help them learn about other Cultures or ethnics or languages or how to make their own way through School Programs or getting Scholarships to be able going forward for further Studies such College level Education or University in other countries.

Thirdly, Government should be able to investing the Resources or to facilitate Community development Program Projects like Bringing Community Centers in each County or Municipal Council and then bring them back into their respective Cities Program or leagues from where each Community has got Team members .
Also Building Infrastructure Sports Academies & Sports International fields to support local Sports Team & International competitions.

Lastly, Stakeholders or Cooperate Companies, Organizations or should take part of promoting the Sports Business throughout their brands and activities like work shops or other activities such as the business names or visibility.
If you have those qualities that interesting to consider in your business Program that will be very easy to helping each other to their needs or strength of character and behaviors.

Otherwise it gonna be waste of time and resources or Potential energy and a lot of youth generation in African countries are dying from Poverty because we don’t value our People too much over nothing going forward nonsense of trust People who are very ego and selfish to help others.
Nothing can change there without being change to the truth and respectfully each other. We all have our goals and our priorities set up on our lives or visions but we ain’t perfect cuz we don’t know how to say stop ✋🏿 and our leaders are always trying to thinking for themselves put money to their pockets so shame to them how could you eating the food without washing your hands that’s nasty life.

Be good to People and People will appreciate to you forever and always love you cuz you done nothing wrong with them. Your History is your background

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has approved the appointment of former professional basketball player, Mr. Kingsley Ogwudire as Special Adviser, Diaspora Sports.

He is currently spearheading an unprecedented Football and Basketball Showcase in Owerri, the Imo State capital, an activity that aims to identify and select promising young ones, aged 14 to 19, nurture their talents for potential scholarship opportunities in American schools as well as provide a pathway for aspiring athletes to pursue both their athletic and academic dreams.
