Lightning's Boxing Club is open to the general public.Our members are of all ages with various goals, from the strictly "fitness athlete" to the world class professional. We feauture two professional boxing rings a 14' banger ring and a 18ft boxer's ring, that ring (background) was the actual ring "Big" George Foreman made his 2nd comeback in against Steve Zouski in Sacremento ca back in 1989. ay the ring is referred to as "Thunderdome" by the fighters because of the high level of sparring that takes place daily. Amenities : Suana, 2 boxing rings , lockers, heavy bags ,speed bags, double end bags, maize ball, Free weights,pull up bar,bar dip, bosu, medicine balls, large tractor tires, sledge hammers, etc.....
