Join coach Natalie for our next 4-week barbell technique series at the Oakland Y Basement Strength Center.

These classes are great for beginners and returning lifters looking to refresh their form and rebuild consistency.

Class lineup:
• Bench Press — Wed 6am
• Squat — Wed 7am
• Overhead Press — Sat 7am
• Deadlift — Sat 8am
