Nice 7 year old gelding up for grabs

W***y is a 7 year old grade gelding standing at 15.3HH. He’s sound, broke to ride, and gentle. He stand to be tied, tacked, and mounted. He’s 100% sound and goes barefoot or shod, your choice. Stands good for the farrier.

He’s been rode by young inexperienced kids, roped the dummy off of him, been exposed to cars, dogs, and gunfire and handles it with absolutely no problems.

He has a hard time loading in my little tag along trailer, and he’s scared of cattle.

I have no use for him anymore so he’s for sale.

Rosie is such a nice minded mare. I can’t wait to see how she does in the next few weeks once we get some more rides on her. If you’re in the market for a nice ranch/trail horse, she might just be the one.

“Rosie” is a 14.2H, 6 year old grade QH mare. She was used as a brood mare in the past, but she was broke to ride at some point. She has a soft eye, and seems to be willing to learn.

We will start our assessment on her tomorrow and keep you updated on progress.

We are happy to be able to give her a second chance at life, and hopefully help find her forever home, as well as provide one of our clients with a solid horse.

Stay tuned, she might just be the one you’ve been searching for!

(Due to the current EHV-1 outbreak, we will be keeping her quarantined from all other horses, and having her tested)

For those of you that don’t know how much hay you need to buy this year, this is a good little flyer to get you close.

We usually feed on average about 120 days per year on hay, but that number can change depending on weather and how much pasture you have available.

This comes out to around 60 average sized square bales per horse. The main thing with horses is to make sure you’re feeding good quality, clean hay.
