🥋Awesome forms competition at the PMA Summer Showdown yesterday morning!

Watching students overcome their nerves to step out on the mat and showcase their skills in Kenpo was inspiring. There was noticeable growth from the students who competed last year too!

So proud of all of you for giving it a shot and already looking forward to next year's forms!
