Our Lil’ Dragons program is designed for our youngest martial artists (typically ages 4–7). In these classes, we teach real martial arts techniques and concepts in a simple, age appropriate way that helps children develop skills such as balance, focus, confidence, and self control.
Kids absolutely love training at this age, and martial arts has an amazing way of teaching them to do hard things, overcome challenges, and build discipline while still having fun.
Our Tuesday/Thursday 3:45 PM Lil’ Dragons class is almost at capacity. We currently have just 2 spots remaining before we begin a waiting list. We also have openings in a few other classes, and tuition rates for new students will be increasing for the first time since 2023 on August 1.

PMA Oak Ridge

If you’re interested in enrolling your child, the first step is a free private introductory lesson with a PMA instructor. During this one on one session, we introduce your child to the structure of the class, teach them some basic techniques, and help them get comfortable in the environment while having a great time.
Afterward, you can decide if the program feels like a good fit before enrolling. A uniform is included with the first month of tuition.
