Over the past year, this studio has grown into so much more than a place to work out. It’s become a place where friendships are built, confidence grows, challenges are conquered, and community thrives.

As we prepare for something new, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the heart of Neighborhood Barre Oak Ridge and the people who make it what it is.

We asked each of our instructors one simple question:
