GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY 🧡🖤

On September 14th, the Michigan Grizzlies will be in Downtown Lansing passing out bowls of chili to individuals and families in our community who could use a warm meal. 🥣❤️

For us, being part of this community means more than football. It means showing up, lending a hand, and serving our neighbors when they need it most.

Sometimes something as simple as a warm bowl of chili can remind someone that their community cares.

SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL SU***DE PREVENTION AWARENESS MONTH 🧡
Some of the hardest battles are the ones nobody else can see.
They’re hidden behind smiles. Behind laughter. Behind “I’m good.” Behind people doing their best to make it through another day.
This month is a reminder to check on your people.
Not just the ones who seem like they’re struggling. Check on the strong ones. The quiet ones. The ones who are always there for everybody else.
A conversation can matter.
A phone call can matter.
Simply being there can matter.
And if you’re the one struggling, please know that asking for help is not weakness. You don't have to carry everything by yourself.

Championship offenses are built in the trenches, and Traviontae Ali has been one of the cornerstones of the Michigan Grizzlies' offensive line. Bringing power, consistency, and relentless effort every snap, Ali has established himself as one of the league's premier offensive linemen.

His dominance didn't go unnoticed. After an outstanding season, Traviontae was named an AAL2 First Team All-Pro Offensive Lineman, a well-earned honor recognizing him as one of the best at his position.
