That is what makes this so frustrating. ✨
A polished sales page can look credible fast. Big promises. Luxury branding. Confident language. And behind all of it, no mentor coaching, no observed coaching hours, and no clear credentialing route.

Water without banks can still be beautiful.

If you have heard ten different opinions about becoming a coach and still feel more confused, you are not the problem.

So many smart, thoughtful professionals end up stuck here. One person says start with books. Another says get clients first. Someone else says credentials do not matter. Before long, you are buried in tabs, notes, and advice that does not actually give you a clear next step. 😮💨

We are proud to celebrate Marie Michelle Pierre for completing the CPIC Level Two program at the Institute for Integrative Intelligence. Marie brought authenticity, curiosity, and thoughtful leadership into her coaching journey, and it has been an honor to support her growth through the program.
