You do not need to “get in shape first” before walking into a gym. That’s like saying you need to learn to swim before taking lessons.

Good coaching means workouts are adjusted to your fitness level, experience and comfort level. Nobody is expecting perfection on day one.

Most people are just looking for:
✔️ more energy
✔️ more confidence
✔️ less stiffness and aches
✔️a routine they can actually stick to
