This isn’t the first time we’ve posted about and probably not the last. Here are the list of accolades for a guy that carved out a very nice career and is still improving every year because of his coach-ability in the game plus work ethic away from basketball and soccer. Ryan added a lot of strength, power, muscle, and good habits that elevated his athleticism and game. Can’t wait to see what he does in the next 4 years at . Nice work Ry!!

The song says it all: “You’ve got me working day and night.” Too many youth athletes today, and by extension, their parents, are being made to run around all year long, for years on end. Families are doing their best, but they’re being asked to do things that no generation has been asked to do to this degree. Result = underperforming athletes who never reach their potential.

That’s why we at Shea Training are here to help you make a map and a plan to get you to your goals. The majority of athletes are overwhelmed, and they run from practice, to games, to homework, while eating poorly, and always a step behind. We can help you build a plan that builds your body up. You just have to buy in and make it a priority. Takes less than 5% of the hours of the week.

I quoted here since he hit the nail on the head! He’s worked with many pro athletes and if they need to do something to succeed, you certainly should pay attention.

Most youth athletes (talking ages 12-18) and many college athletes don’t know how to recover. Don’t know how to structure their off-season. And heck, we see hundreds of athletes in the area that never have an off-season from age 12 through when they burn out or quit, or age out of sports. It doesn’t have to be this way! We can help you plot and plan and build muscle, reduce injury, get faster, improve habits, and reach your potential!

Congratulations to who is heading to Washington & Lee in the fall to follow the family tradition of lacrosse excellence at that University. His brother also played pole at , and his sister was a standout defender there. Not to leave out the eldest brother, , who played at Babson and just completed the Boston Marathon.

Very grateful for the Rovegnos for entrusting their kids’ development to Shea Training over the last 13 years!!! John is in the same mold as his siblings: Smart, calm, strong, and then a f’ing menace when he turns on the intensity. They’re like Bruce Banner in that manner. And I’m here for it, gotta love it. Very excited that I get to work with John for the next 4 years in to get ready to shut down middies and attackmen in VA. Congrats John boy!
