Hi Guys - Here's a great dynamic warm-up using only the TRX suspension trainer. Also, you can easily repeat this for 3-4 sets to turn it into an efficient and challenging 20 minute FULL BODY Wrkout. The great thing about working with the TRX is that you can easily modify most of the exercises for virtually anyone's current fitness level. - Thanks for checking in, Coach Tim
