🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥

09/18/2026

Consistency pays off. 🔥
The 90-Day Burn Off Challenge helps you stay accountable by tracking calories burned during your workouts and afterburn in the Burn Off App. As you reach each milestone, you'll unlock HOTWORX gift card rewards along the way.

Turn up the heat. Turn up the results. 🔥
One membership. 24/7 access. Infrared workouts that fit your schedule. It's time to earn the burn.

09/10/2026

Reset Your System.
Your wellness routine doesn't stop when you leave the sauna. Support your digestion, recovery, and overall wellness with Detox & Cleanse, the perfect complement to your infrared workouts.
Save 20% all September long. Stop by your local HOTWORX studio before this limited-time offer ends.
