Coaches Corner: State Meet Week
Congrats to everyone that qualified for the state meet!
Reminder, this is not the week to reinvent the wheel. Trust the work you’ve put in all season and stay consistent with the routine that got you here. Same warm-up. Same recovery. Same mindset. Same preparation.
Athletes often try to do too much during championship week — extra workouts, changing technique, overthinking, or adding things they haven’t done all year. The best performances usually come from staying calm, confident, and consistent.
Keep it simple:
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Get quality sleep
✅ Stick to your normal routine
✅ Trust your training
✅ Compete with confidence
The hay is in the barn. Now it’s time to go perform.
