So what I've been using is an Oculus 2 of all things for cardio. The "thrill of the fight" this morning I only fought one 8 round match. You can see I turned it up in the later rounds and got the knock out! I was really satisfied with the victory because this guy use to kick my ass lol. But the extra few pounds do add some power. I will start posting videos soon as I get my set up right! 👌🏾💪🏾
