My dear niece lost her battle with Epithelial Sarcoma. Claimed swiftly and brutally she accepted what she believes is God’s Will and passed peacefully surrounded by her incredible family. Heaven gained an Angel today. Our hearts are 💔. We love you Jenna. Thank you to everyone who has been so understanding these last six months as we worked to help get her the best care and to support her. I’m so thankful for you.

We are off to a great start! With running races from 5K to the Boston Marathon, mountain bike and gravel races and a spring training camp, CZC athletes are already crushing 2026!! Good Luck Brad at Gulf Coast 70.3, Jacob at Hawaii 70.3 and Vanessa at Eagleman 70.3. And to all CZC athletes racing the Ridgefield Sprint Tri go get’em!! Rubber side down!

I met three cool ladies running the CT 169 challenge and Betsysargent at the .co 5K this weekend. The challenge is to do an official race of 1 mile or more of running in every Connecticut town. One of them only has 21 left after doing this for at least the last ten years. Amazing!!!! 🤩 🏃‍♀️ Create your own challenge! You are amazing.
