Bittersweet Ridge Disc Golf is located in North Yarmouth at 383 Gray Rd., Rt. 115, and consists of two 18 hole courses. The terrain is wooded with well groomed fairways and challenging basket placement. Concrete Tee pads and Discatcher Baskets too.

📸Take a look at some of the photos from the last week, I’ve been seeing Matt Mclean on the podium more than any other player in recent weeks and yes he will be going for a threepeat today! Heater alert 🚨

Steaks and Tropikal blood Jeff Hinkley cleaned up the CTPs last week and tied for second place podium with Boutin and Bready Mac! Couple solid teams.

Can’t wait to see y’all this afternoon for some beautiful fall dubs and an ace hunt that no one seems to want to hit. Bring some glow discs for after dubs as well.

Hi Friends of Bob,

I know last week Rac gave an update on Bob. I printed out the explanation that the cardiologist gave me to share with you all. So there is no evidence of heart failure or Blood clots. He is now on a blood thinner as a precaution. They also recommended no dental work because it’s too risky to put him under anesthesia. So with that being said, Bob is doing ok for an old man. He’s around 14 years old they estimate. He’s a strong boy and has a lot of love left to give.

The cardiologist wants to see him back in 6 months. We are thinking up some ways to fundraise his future vet visits. This visit was $865!! We thank all of you that have donated ❤️😻❤️ I’m going to put out a 50/50 bucket that you can buy tickets for and I am also going to gather some things for a raffle. If anyone has anything they’d like to contribute please let us know.

🐈Little update on Bob, Morgan brought Bob to see a cat cardiologist this morning. He is doing well, however had some inflammation in his left ventricle. What this means is that his heart is working a little more than it should at the moment. He is currently being treated with blood thinners and has a follow up appointment in 6 months down in Portland. Thank you all so much for your donations, we will continue to have the bucket out for Bob to help cover future appointments. It really means a lot.

🥇Steve Trottier and Matt Mclean take down an epic 4 hole playoff last week to win against Boutin/Jerry. When I paid them out the cash, Jerry was making a deal on the phone, guy is always closing. Haha

Quick shoutout to Boobie for cashin in 3rd place as vali cali as well last Thursday.

And one more shoutout to the man the myth the legend, Freddie Mack. With $157 sitting in the deck shot Freddie scrounged up ONE dollar, throws the dollar in the bucket and goes “one and done.” Walks out to the deck shot, pops up the dagger and smashes it. Gangster moment for Freddy and ANOTHER deck shot claimed by the bread man.

Congrats to our Maine TC team for grabbing a win to start the season against a very strong Team Sabattus. Quaker 2 and Ledgewood for November and December, should be a fun time.

🍁🍂One of the best times of the year to play disc golf is right now, in my opinion. Course is in prime condition, can’t wait to see y’all later today!

🏆Maine States 2026 is a wrap, what a weekend!

I’m sure by now you have heard that Miles Sayer PDGA #91543 and Brooks secured a spot in the USDGC with two amazing performances over the weekend. Sayer went on to break Harry Chaces course record on the Bitterside shooting a -14(49) which set him up for the final round on the Patriot. Miles went on to win the tournament and the community here couldn’t be more proud of the kid, his efforts and practice rounds at these courses have finally paid off. Landon ended up finishing on the podium averaging 1025 during the event and securing his spot by 1 stroke! Shoot a comment below wishing these two young phenoms best of luck as they tackle one of the most prestigious events of the year down at Winthrop Golds.

📣We must shoutout Hanna Huynh, not only did she take down the tournament in FPO but she also hit two aces in her warmup rounds days before the event. Hole 5 Bitterside AND Hole 8 on the patriot. I am claiming that might be the first ace ever on hole 8 of the patriot, do you know or have heard of any other aces on that hole? Let me know in the comments.

🥇Tyler Cook and Shea got the birdies going early and they coasted to an 11 down victory over the 8️⃣1️⃣ player field!

Several CTPs were donated by Sonny Malloy, Lerch, D Train🚂, Bob Crowley, Steve Dee, Haven, and Adam C! Thank you all for your generous donations.

🎯The most notable CTP of the night was won By Mike Spinney, a package of Kraft mac N cheese accompanied by a package of hot dogs.

🎯Honorable mention: D train donated a disc golf bag and Jared Girardin pinned it for his second time winning a bag on hole 8.

Again thank you all so much for making the effort to being part of Maine States this year. One more quick shoutout to the outdoor crew at BSR who put in a huge effort over the last year getting lots of trees removed from fairways and a metric s**t ton of w**d whacking and mowing. 🏆Maine States has never seen a back to back repeat winner in the MPO field. With Andrew Marwede in the field he has the chance to make this happen!! Who is your pick to win? We have seen a lot over the years at Maine States including:

▪️Harry Chaces 1054 -12(51) course record on the Bitterside in 2024
▪️James Proctors 1084 -15(47) course record on the Patriot in 2024, in my opinion will hold until the end of time.
▪️Andrew Marwedes 1056 -11(56) course record on the daunting Commader.

Will we see a local come from behind win this year? We have seen Matt Bell over the years in contention, is this his year? With Borzick, Clemons, Sayer, Debo, Seeley, Brooks, Brandt, Gillis, and RJ in the field I feel like it’s anybody’s title this year.

Got to shoutout Sayer and Rueben Hagen for the unofficial course record (50) on the Bitterside.
