To say this year has been a whirlwind would be an understatement.
A huge thank you to every coach who poured time, energy, patience, and consistency into rebuilding the culture of NPHS Baseball. And especially to Coach Rowe for being a strong leader and a safe place for these boys to grow, rebuild confidence, and develop into the young men we see today.
People always say it takes a village and this season proved exactly that. Parents, coaches, players, board members, supporters… everyone played a role.
What’s exciting is knowing this group is still growing. You can see it every day in the character being built, the accountability, the brotherhood, and the skill development happening both on and off the field.
Baseball is a mental game. It tests you when nobody is watching. It forces you to respond when things don’t go your way. And this team is learning what toughness really looks like.
The foundation is being built. The culture is changing. And we’re ready now.
Mental toughness is doing the next right thing, even after failure.
