A softball swing isnā€™t just about how much force you can produce. Itā€™s about producing force quickly, in the correct sequence, while controlling your body.

Thatā€™s where the water becomes useful. If a hitter gets disconnected or loses posture, the moving water essentially exposes the movement error. They have to organize their body to control it.

Weā€™re not training you to move the tank. Weā€™re training you to control force, create force, and transfer it efficiently because thatā€™s exactly what your body has to do when you swing!
