Summer is the perfect time to get outside, stay active, and have fun with friends! Norfolk Recreation is excited to partner with F.A.S.T. Athletics to offer action-packed sports programs for children of all ages this summer at the Pond Street Complex.

Week 1: June 22–26

Mini Sports (Ages 3–6 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Calling all future athletes! Mini Sports is the perfect introduction to the world of sports. Children will learn the basics of soccer, basketball, t-ball, kickball, wacky ball, and more through fun games and activities. Along the way, they'll build confidence, teamwork skills, and a love for being active!

All Sports (Ages 7–12 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Get up, get going, and get active! Participants will enjoy a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, flag football, and ultimate frisbee. Each day includes stretching, warm-up games, skill development, and exciting Round Robin tournaments to put those new skills into action. Join the experienced F.A.S.T. Athletics staff for an unforgettable week of sports and fun!

Week 3: July 6–10

T-Ball (Ages 3–6 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Step up to the plate! This fun and supportive program introduces young players to the fundamentals of America's favorite pastime. Participants will learn throwing, hitting, fielding, and base running while enjoying exciting games like Home Run Derby, Running Bases, and Last One Standing. Perfect for beginners looking to build skills and confidence in a positive environment.

Baseball (Ages 7–12 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Take your game to the next level! F.A.S.T. Athletics Baseball focuses on developing fundamental skills including hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running. Players will also learn positions, situational plays, and game strategy while competing in fun challenges like Home Run Derby, Golden Glove, and Last One Standing.

Norfolk Rec would like to extend a big Thank you to Norfolk,MA Police, Norfolk,MA Fire , Norfolk MA Lions and Norfolk MA Department of Public Works for helping ensure our 2026 Fireworks night was a success. Events like these are a community effort for sure!
By our rough calculations this was our biggest crowd to date! We can't wait to do it again next year! 🎆🎆

Join the King Philip Youth Cheer Summer Clinic led by the KP High School Cheer Coaches and Team! Open to children entering Kindergarten–8th Grade this fall from ANY town — all skill levels are welcome! 🎀📣
