With over 14 years of experience, Karen Brennan, is the top Instructor in the area. She has taken the original methods and improved them over the years. Her classes include full body work outs, rotating exercises, and heavy bag work as well! There are no idle moments!

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
- SQUATS, LUNGES, AND CORE WORK! BURN at least 600-900

CALORIES PER CLASS, we welcome every Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, and whatever else you've got to take the class! Karen also brings her knowledge as a certified Nutritionist to the table for a more intricate program if you chose.

Hi everyone!!
Vacation week has come to an end and kickboxing classes are back up and running starting tonight ... Monday July 11th at 7:00!! I know that I am anxious to get back to a solid workout routine and I'm looking forward to seeing all of you there!!!

Hi everyone! I would just like to take a minute this morning to say thank you to all of you. I am overwhelmed by all of the support given both to me, and for our kickboxing program through this difficult and challenging time. This program means so much to me personally for many reasons. It has become much more than just a fitness class and that is because of everything all of you bring every time you come through the door.
Thank you so much for your dedication and support. Thank you for sticking by me through these difficult times.. it means the world!!

It definitely looks different ... 3 stations .. 14 feet apart... but I’m happy to do whatever it takes to be able to have everyone back for kickboxing!!! Our very first class back was this morning and I have missed instructing .. but I’ve missed all of you so much more!!! It was great to finally be able to workout with all of you again!!! The classes have to be limited for now.. but we will make it work!!!
Please pre register for Monday’s at 7 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 AM... with being restricted to 3 spots at a time classes fill fast, so please let me know as soon as possible what class will be best for you!!!!

Hi everyone!!!
It has been much too long since I have seen all of you!
I am optimistic, but cautiously thrilled to announce that kickboxing is making a return to Villari's!!!
You will be receiving full details in an email soon, but our first class back will be on Saturday morning, July 11th at 9:30 AM!!!
Due to restrictions, and to be able to keep everyone safe, we will only be allowed to have classes of 3 students per class. Registration is required.
Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your spot because classes of only 3 will fill fast.
I can't begin to tell you how much i have missed this class and all of you... I can't wait to see all of you again!!!!💪💖

Hi!! I just wanted to check in with everyone. I hope that all of you are doing well and are staying active and healthy! I know that this is a very challenging time and it is very easy to promise yourself.. " I'll workout tomorrow"... especially because your children are home with all of their needs and, maybe you are also juggling working from home at the same time.. It can be overwhelming and very easy to feel like you don't have time or, worse, completely forget to take care of yourself too.
Even 30 minutes of exercise every day is so beneficial, not just for physical health, but for that mental and emotional stress that we feel from our lives being so dramatically changed.
Remember to change it up too!!.. On the nicer days get outside!!!.. Walk, run or bike.. Alternate days between your cardio and strength training. The series of exercises that I posted last week will roughly take you 30 minutes or less to complete. Be creative!! You can add jumping jacks, jump rope, mountain climbers and weights (if you have them) to those exercises so you don't get bored. If it's fun you are more likely to stay with it!!
If you get a chance please let me know how you are doing. I miss all of you and I am looking so forward to our classes again!!!

I am missing all of you more than i can say and hoping you are staying healthy and sane during all of this.
You have heard this more and more these past few weeks, and it's so true, that it's important to try to keep a routine to bring a sense of normalcy to each day. Now, more than ever, this includes your fitness routines. It may not be exactly the same right now, but keeping to the same days and the same time as you are used to working out can be the first step in staying on track.
So, keeping that in mind, I'm reminding you of some of your "favorite" ☺️💪 exercises .. at least 20 reps each or as many as you can do in one minute!!! Completing 3 sets of all exercises!!! Challenge yourself!!!Stay strong!!! and have fun!!!
Warm up before beginning with arm circles forward and back....lateral lunges with palm presses to the front.... alternating high knees...
Always maintaining proper form...
Forward lunges
Curtsy lunges
Squats
Squat Thrusts 😊
Push Ups
Leg lifts
crunch and punch( you are all familiar with this one!!)

Remember... at least 20 reps... or as many as you can do in one minute... repeated 3 times!!!
Also, get outside!!! walk... run and get fresh air!!!
