🍂 Fall in Love with Mums! 🦊 Our EJMS Dance Team Fall Fundraiser is officially kicking off, and the girls will be coming home from practice tomorrow with their official folders and physical vouchers ready to sell!

We are so excited to partner with Floral Fox Farm right here in Nicholasville to offer absolutely massive, gorgeous fall mums. These aren't your average grocery store plants—they are 3.2-gallon (11.5” pot) beauties that measure about 3 feet across depending on the variety!

Here is how you can support our dancers:

Price: Just $20 per mum.

(Make sure to write in your dancer's name at checkout so they get credit!)

The Voucher: Once you pay, your dancer will hand you an official, signed paper voucher. You must have this physical voucher to pick up your plant!

Pickup: Take your voucher to Floral Fox Farm (1280 Bethany Rd.) starting Opening Day, Friday, September 4th at 9:30 AM.

They are open Monday–Saturday until sold out (including Labor Day!), so go early to get the best pick of the patch!

Hey EJMS Dance Team Families! 💃✨

As we gear up for our performances, we want to make sure our girls are fueled and ready to shine! We have 4 upcoming game days where we’d love to provide a pre-game meal for the team, and we are looking for parent volunteers to help make it happen.

The Details:

Headcount: 9 total (8 dancers + Coach)

What to provide: It can be anything! You can cook a homemade meal, grab something easy to pick up, or partner up with another parent to split it. (Some quick ideas: Canes, Subway subs, Drake's, or boxed lunches).

Every little bit helps keep our dancers energized and saves our booster budget for the end-of-year banquet and gifts! 🐆💙

📣 EJMS DANCE CALENDAR FUNDRAISER IS OFFICIALLY LIVE! 📣

Team, the clock is ticking and it’s time for a July Sprint! Our digital payment page is ready, and we have exactly 15 days to completely fill our team calendars before the month ends on July 31st.

Let's see which dancers can crush this challenge and fill their sheets first!

How it works & How to track it:
- Grab your dancer's calendar sheet (printed or a screenshot on your phone).
- Have family and friends "claim" any date (1 through 31) on the calendar. They do NOT have to match the current date—they can pick any open number!
- Cross it off: As soon as someone claims a number, cross or color that day off your dancer's sheet so you know it's taken. If Grandma buys Day 25, cross off 25 and steer the next donor to a different open number!

Donors pay the exact dollar amount of the day they claimed (e.g., Day 25 = $25) using our secure link: https://givebutter.com/EJMSDanceCalendarFundraiser

⚠️ CRUCIAL STEP: When supporters check out, there is a mandatory question that asks: "Which dancer are you supporting?" Please remind your donors to select your dancer's first name so she gets proper credit!

East Jessamine Middle School Dance Team Booster Club Needs Designers! 📣💃

We are looking for talented designers to create this year's Dance Team T-Shirts (Front & Back design)! We have official permission to use the school logos and want to move quickly, so show us what you’ve got!

🎨 Design Requirements:

Background: White or transparent background (so we can print on multiple shirt colors).
Colors: Use official team colors according to the attached color codes.
Logos: Incorporate the attached school logos creatively.
Back of Shirt: Must include the roster names: Addison, Briella, Bryanna, Dana, Hallie, Kay Kay, Raimee, and Whitley.

East Jessamine Middle School Dance Team Booster Club… Loading! 📣💃

Hey Dance Moms & Families!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself - I am Amanda G. Davis (Bryanna's Mom), and I'm honored to serve as the Booster Club President for the '26–'27 school year. Joining me on the executive board are Vice President Kara Willett (Addison's Mom), Treasurer Suzanne Short (Kay Kay's Mom), and Secretary Tiffany Short (Raimee's Mom).

We have been working hard behind the scenes to complete all the legal, corporate, and financial groundwork to set our team up for an amazing, successful season.

That said, our Booster Club can only truly succeed with the support of the parents, stepparents, and legal guardians of our EJMS athletes. Congratulations—each of you is an automatic member of the Booster Club with full voting privileges! Every single athlete on the team will benefit directly from the funds the Club raises.

Don't worry, there's no pressure or forced participation - but we truly hope you'll join the fun! We plan to kick off our very first fundraiser this month, right after our board planning meeting tomorrow.
