Test Week!! A dedicated group of adults and young athletes got their workout in on this beautiful Labor Day. Adults, Prep and Devo had their 3-5 rep max back squat, and all scholastic athletes also had their 10-yd dash. It’s Test Week all week with plenty of PRs to be set!
