13U–14U FALL BASEBALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

This fall, we’re taking a slightly different approach with our 13U–14U players: more development, fewer games.

The transition to the full-size diamond is a big one, and we believe quality practice, repetition, instruction, and situational baseball are more valuable at this stage than simply adding more games to the schedule.

Our goal is to give players the reps they need to adjust to the larger field while also creating a more relaxed fall schedule that allows them to prioritize their in-season fall sports.

Fall Program Details:

• September 14 – October 26
• Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30–7:00 PM
• Outdoor practices + access to The Clubhouse
• Intrasquad scrimmages, situational baseball & game-like competition
• Potential local tournament opportunity
• CT Shell Shockers T-shirt included
• Fall Fee: $350

Did you know the CT Shell Shockers name was created as a nod to our local commercial fishing community, and the incredible crustacean population that calls southeastern Connecticut home?

Our friends at Sunbeam Fleet in Waterford, CT know that connection well! Each summer and fall, they generously take groups of Shell Shockers players out on the water for a day of fishing, fun, and time together away from the field.

We’re incredibly grateful for their continued support and for giving our players an opportunity to experience another special part of what makes southeastern Connecticut such a great place to call home.

A huge THANK YOU to Captain Bob for hosting some of our players on our most recent trip! We appreciate you and the entire Sunbeam Fleet crew!

The CT Shell Shockers...What a Catch!

Families,

Due to the heavy rain, today's evaluations will be moved indoors to The Clubhouse. Fortunately, we have our own training facility, so we can keep everything running as planned.

To help the evaluations run as efficiently as possible, we ask that parents drop off their player at the beginning of their assigned evaluation time and either wait outside in their vehicle or run a quick errand or two nearby. Once players have completed their evaluation, we will ask them to contact their parents, so please remain close by if possible. Limiting traffic inside the facility will help us keep players moving through the evaluation process efficiently while minimizing congestion in the building.

Players: Please remember that cleats/spikes are not permitted inside The Clubhouse. Wear turf shoes or sneakers only.

EVALUATION TIMES HAVE NOT CHANGED:

13u-14u: 5:30-6:30

15-17u: 6:30-7:30

Attention Travel Baseball Families!

The CT Shell Shockers will be hosting evaluations for our 13u–17u Fall Baseball Program on:

Players interested in joining our Fall Baseball Program must attend the evaluation. If you are unable to make the scheduled date, please contact us to arrange a private evaluation.

Please note that attending an evaluation does not guarantee a roster spot, and if a roster spot is offered, there is no obligation to accept it.

Why don't we offer 9U–12U Fall Baseball?
The CT Shell Shockers intentionally do not field Fall Baseball teams for players ages 9u–12u because we strongly believe young athletes benefit from participating in multiple sports.

For those looking to continue developing their baseball skills, The Clubhouse, the official indoor training facility of the CT Shell Shockers, will once again offer its popular Fall Developmental Baseball Camp beginning after Labor Day. Multiple registration options are available to accommodate other fall sports and family schedules.

More than 20 Shell Shockers girls from our Developmental, 10U, and 12U teams have helped their hometown Little League teams earn a spot in the Connecticut Little League Softball All-Star Tournaments! 🥎

Reaching the state tournament means winning both District and Sectional championships—a tremendous accomplishment.

At Shell Shockers, Little League comes first, and we love seeing our players represent their hometowns on Connecticut's biggest Little League stage. Good luck girls!

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Celebrate East Lyme, the ELHS Football Hall of Fame will be holding their annual raffle fundraiser of sports memorabilia.

They are raffling 40+ signed items, from various SPORTS LEGENDS, as well as generous gift certificates from East Lyme businesses.

For those that cannot attend, you can purchase raffle tickets until July 15.
