Dates: July 7th – August 13th

Frequency: 2x a week

Consistency is where the magic happens, and May was absolute proof of that.

From pushing through MURPH to crushing the final week of our strength and gymnastics cycles, you guys absolutely brought it. The board was packed with PRs, but even better was just seeing everyone show up and put in the work day after day.

Every single rep, every extra effort, it all adds up.

Small swaps add up when it comes to reducing everyday toxin exposure and supporting your overall well-being.

⚠️ Many common kitchen items, like plastics and nonstick coatings 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.

Some of these (like BPA and phthalates found in plastics) are known endocrine disruptors, meaning they can interfere with hormone function.

Teflon-coated products are made with PTFE (a PFAS “forever chemical”). While PTFE itself is considered stable at normal temps, it can begin to break down and release fumes if overheated. Another reason to be mindful with high-heat cooking.

𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹, 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰, 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺.
