⏰ Start Time: 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start
💲 Entry Fee: $100 per player
🎁 Includes: Green fee, player gift, drink tickets, and meal following play
🇺🇸 Beneficiary: 100% of proceeds go directly to Folds of Honor

All proceeds from the tournament go directly to Folds of Honor, providing educational scholarships to the families of America’s fallen and disabled service members.

Please join us in welcoming our new Head Golf Professional, Taylor Nemeth, to the Sand Creek Station team!

A Newton native and PGA Associate, Taylor’s golf journey began right here at Sand Creek Station. After an accomplished career with Topgolf, where he held leadership roles including Director of Instruction, Regional Director of Instruction, and Senior Operations Program Manager at Topgolf World Headquarters, he’s returning home to give back to the course that started it all.

Since 2018, Taylor has taught more than 10,000 hours of golf instruction, helping junior golfers develop their game and achieve their goal of playing collegiate golf. Along the way, he has also had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from four Golf Digest-ranked instructors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience back to Sand Creek Station.

Taylor is passionate about making golf enjoyable and approachable for players of all skill levels, and we’re excited to have him leading the golf program at Sand Creek Station.

You know why I love Kansas? 🌻 The people here are as friendly as they come.

Meet my new buddy, Terry Wallace. He came up to me before my round at Sand Creek Station Golf Course and introduced himself. He said he watches KWCH 12 and loves the jabs Jake Dunne and I throw at each other.

Fast-forward 11 holes later, and I catch up to Terry on the course. He invited me to join him, so we played the last 8 holes together.

During those 8 holes, I learned that Terry’s son was a standout runner in college, and we even have some mutual friends. I learned that Terry had a fantastic career as an engineer, and now he’s a dedicated golfer in retirement (much better than me, I might add). I even learned that Terry and I both workout at the same gym.

These are all things I would’ve never known if Terry hadn’t come up to me on the driving range.

Kansas is full of people just like Terry — friendly, genuine, and full of amazing stories. Find those people and connect with them. That’s what makes Kansas special. 💛

🏌️ Big news for Wichita golf! Sand Creek Station has been named the #3 public golf course in Kansas by Golfweek's Best 2026 rankings, and we couldn't be more proud to call it one of our own!!

From a replica of St Andrews' legendary "Road Hole" green on 16, to "The Beast" on 10 measuring out to a whopping 648 yards and claiming the longest hole in Kansas! (Birdie it and you'll earn a t-shirt to prove it). This course has been turning heads since it opened, and this latest recognition just proves what locals have known all along: we've got a TOP-TIER golf experience right here!

Huge congrats to the entire Sand Creek Station team on this well-earned honor. 👏

20 years ago today, Sand Creek Station opened its doors to the public for the very first time.

Now, in just 10 days, we’re celebrating two decades of unforgettable memories with our 20th Anniversary Golf Scramble on Saturday, July 11! We still have a few team spots available, so gather your foursome and give us a call to register before they’re gone.

We’re also looking to showcase a little piece of Sand Creek history. If you have an old Sand Creek golf shirt, golf ball, scorecard, hat, photo, or any other memorabilia from the early days, we’d love to display it during the tournament. All items will be carefully returned to their rightful owners after the event.
