🏆 DYNASTY TEAM TRYOUTS! 🏆

📅 Saturday, August 22nd
⏰ 9:00–11:00 AM

Interested in joining our team? 🤸‍♀️✨

Come experience a 2-hour evaluation where athletes will:
✅ Participate in a real team practice
✅ Work directly with our team coaches
✅ Be evaluated on all 4 Olympic events

🎯 At the end of tryouts, athletes will be placed on a team level or invited to join our rec program. Athletes who make the team will receive a team info flyer and practice schedule via email!

👀 Parents are welcome to stay and watch or drop off their athlete. Questions can be answered at the end of tryouts!

Why does gymnastics take so long?

Because we’re not just teaching skills—we’re building athletes.

Every drill has a purpose. Every correction matters. Every repetition builds something bigger than the next trick.

Strong technique. Body awareness. Confidence. Consistency. Discipline.

Those things don’t happen overnight.

Sometimes parents wonder why we don’t move athletes up as soon as they have “the skills.” The answer is simple: our goal isn’t to create athletes who can do a skill once. Our goal is to develop athletes who can perform it safely, confidently, and consistently.

The athletes who stay patient and trust the process are usually the ones who end up accomplishing things they never imagined.

Progress may feel slow today…

But one day, you’ll look back and realize every step was worth it.

Who says gymnastics is just for kids? Our Adult Classes (16+) are open to ALL fitness levels — whether you're a total beginner or picking up skills you haven't tried in years!
