If you don't like to train Jiu jitsu in the gi, no problem! We train nogi every Thursday evening from 6-7:30. Everyone is welcome to join us, from beginners to advanced.

Great Whopping Wednesday tonight. Everyone had a good time trying to smash the coach until the coach smashed back. Lol. The team keeps getting better every time. Always full of energy and having fun on the mats. Thank you, Alex Mendoza for training with us this week. It's always a great time when you're in town, my friend.
