What: The Foard Athletic Booster Club represents and supports ALL sports offered at Fred T. Who: We are made up of alumni, friends and parents of student-athletes. Annual membership fee is only $20.00. When: 7:00 pm the se
cond Monday of the month. Where: The Fred T. Foard High School Media Center (near the front entrance of the school). Why: The athletic programs at Fred T. Foard High School offer our students an outstanding opportunity. Academic excellance, sportsmanship, and competition are the common goals of this school's adminstration, coaching staff and the Foard Athletic Booster Club. As a result, our athletes are dedicated students who participate on teams that have won Conference, Regional and State titles. We are very proud of these students who have shown dedication to their sports, to each other and toward personal improvement. Foard Athletic Booster Club is an active organization that believes in the school, the athletic programs and the coaches. This group is involved with improvements to facilities, raising the funds to purchase neccessary supplies and equipment to make our programs excel. It is the mission of the Boosters to make that a reality! How: Funds primarily come from corporate banner sponsors, concession sales, team t-shirt program, golf tournament and spirit items. Where do your contributions go? Through coordination with the Fred T. Foard High School adminstration funds raised by the Foard Athletic Booster Club are spent on eqipment, field maintenance, coaches' clinics, stipend for state playoff away games, weight room enhancements, etc. All coaches submit a wish list to the school's athletic director for needed items and then funds are allocated as available.
