Eric has four kids and a calendar full of lacrosse, basketball, and soccer. He trains so he can keep up with all of it.

His goal is simple: be able to say yes. Bike ride in the heat? Yes. Jump on a wakeboard he hasn't touched in 30 years? Yes. Whatever the kids throw at him, he can do it.

These sessions will be run on the first Thursday of every month at 6:45pm.

But here’s what most people miss…

It’s not just how much you eat, it’s how you spread it out.

🎯 Aim for ~30g per meal

Rahul is a husband and a busy father of two.

Before coming to Topside he never exercised.

He came to us with two main goals:
1️⃣ Lose weight
2️⃣ Get rid of his low back pain

8.5 months in and he’s down a healthy 15lbs, has significantly reduced his back pain, and did a chin up for the first time ever.

See you on Monday 🇺🇸

Memorial Day Murph is happening rain or shine and we'd love to see you there.

Murph on a perfect sunny day is a great workout. Murph in the rain, when your clothes are soaked and nothing feels right, that's a different kind of test.

And that's the one we're actually looking forward to.

We can't control the weather but we can control our attitude and our effort.

This is our member Eric.

Eric is 48 years old. Has 4 kids. Went through a divorce. Lost his dad.

He spent years winding down every night with two glasses of whiskey.

January 1st 2026 he decided a change needed to happen.

He stopped drinking and started showing up to the gym 4-5 times/week.

Twenty pounds gone. Four pant sizes down. He’s running sub-7-minute miles for the first time ever.

AND he hasn’t missed one of his kids’ sports games since.
