Bionic CrossFit We help busy people get healthy, stay fit, and have fun while they're doing it! All classes are 60 minutes long and guaranteed to make you work hard.

BIONIC CrossFit offers a distinct style of fitness training, pulling from multiple schools of training philosophies and modalities. The purpose of Crossfit is to provide the greatest, healthiest, and most efficient results possible. The training will be extremely challenging, unique, and creative in ways that sparks inspiration for our athletes. When the athletes are finished each session, they wi

ll learn something about themselves and feel invigorated, seeing how much they can truly accomplish when driven. The training at BIONIC CrossFit develop strength physically and mentally for each athlete. We believe that strengthening one’s body and mind allows a person to reach his or her fullest potential in all aspects of life. WE STRIVE TO CREATE A FRIENDLY AND FUN ATMOSPHERE
THAT WELCOMES ATHLETES FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE. You never workout alone, instead, you train with a small group of other athletes and one of our experienced, professional coaches who program with a different, fun WOD (Workout of the Day) everyday and help scale it to suit your fitness level. Unlike other gyms, where everyone is plugged into their headphones and wasting time. Our workouts are designed to improve your capacity in the ten recognized fitness domains:

cardio-respiratory
endurance
stamina
strength
flexibility
power
speed
coordination
agility
balance and accuracy

Working with a group of people helps you get motivated and taps into some friendly competition. You’ll get personal attention that you just can’t find at a large gym. We strive to create a friendly and fun atmosphere that welcomes athletes from all walks of life. Your team is there to push and support you as you transform yourself mentally and physically. At BIONIC CrossFit we strive on our community of people that are here to do work, REAL WORK. We care if you don’t show up.

With a surgery on the horizon, Marie committed to the process — showing up before surgery to build a strong foundation and continuing the work through recovery and beyond. Now in her mid-50s, she’s moving better, feeling stronger, and gaining confidence every single day.
