Family Boot Camp starts in 3 weeks! Classes are held right in Glastonbury, and the price includes the entire family.

Classes are a great way to get out and moving. I provide modifications for all levels and the entire family is always welcome to attend.

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core post-baby and requires nothing but your body and a yoga mat. No experience needed. We provide modifications for all fitness and experience levels.
