☀️Summer has a way of filling every corner of the calendar.
If you’ve been thinking about a lot lately, trying to figure things out, or feeling stretched between all the things you’ve said yes to… this is your reminder to say yes to yourself, too.
For me, it looks like waking up a little earlier than I need to. A cup of coffee. Watching the sunrise. Catching the moon before it disappears.
I love the quiet. I love being awake while everything else is waking up. It feels like the most still time of the day.
Yoga hasn’t taught me how to stop thinking. My mind still does what minds do. 😄
It has taught me how to come back to my breath. To slow down. To be here instead of five steps ahead.
Sometimes ten quiet minutes is enough to change the whole day. 🤍
