Popping in to say hello 👋

It's that time of year when you'll see lots of advertisements from martial arts schools....all telling you why they are the best and you should be enrolling with them. 🤷‍♀️

There's lots of different components that make up the reason why any particular school is 'better'. And alot of it comes down to where you feel connected.

If you are considering a martial arts or are curious, I invite you to come visit us. Try out a couple of classes. Talk to my students, parents and myself. See if we are a place where you can build the foundation for your training.

I think you'll like what you find.

🌧️ It’s a rainy start to the morning, but the skies will clear later, setting us up for a beautiful evening for Monday Night in the Park!

Tonight's the night!

🌿 Community Tai Chi – 7:00 PM

Whether you've been curious about martial arts or simply want relaxing movement outdoors, this is your invitation.

Come for one session or stay for both.

What to bring/wear:

➡️Comfortable clothes that allow movement and help keep you cool.
➡️Tennis shoes or go barefoot.
➡️No flip flops, sandals, or Crocs.
➡️Bring a water bottle and bug spray (if desired)

☀️ Introducing Monday Night in the Park! 🌳

There's something special about moving outdoors on a summer evening.

Beginning this Monday July 20th at Southside Park, we're inviting our community to join us for an evening of movement, fresh air, and fun.

🥋 6:00 PM – Community Taekwondo
Perfect for kids, families, and anyone who's ever wanted to try martial arts.

🌿 7:00 PM – Community Tai Chi
Slow, intentional movement designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and help you unwind after a busy day.

✔️ Beginners welcome
✔️ No experience necessary
✔️ Wear comfortable clothes
✔️ Bring a water bottle
✔️ Offered to the community free of charge

These community evenings will be held throughout the rest of the summer whenever the weather cooperates, with each date announced about five days in advance. Please note that sessions are weather dependent! Check back for updates in case the heat doesn't move out as expected.
