Want to learn something new while building self confidence, strength, flexibility and coordination? All while participating in a community of support and encouragement?

We've got that! 🙌

Master Tina Kreger lives in New Prague and has been teaching locally for 15 years. With over 20 years of experience in Taekwondo, she knows how to meet each student where they are and help them surpass their goals. Her knowledge in working with individuals of differing abilities and special needs allows students of all capabilities to participate.

Her expertise isn't limited only to martial arts. Master Kreger has taught fitness and nutrition through the FitKids program in New Prague's elementary schools. She also currently teaches Tai Chi and other group fitness classes at The Fitness and Aquatic Center, and is a Women's Health and Wellness Coach.

There's space for parents and kids alike, you can take class individually or as a family. Whether you're an adult looking to train or a parent who needs an activity for your kiddo that teaches patience and perseverance, you'll find what you're looking for with us!

We are very affordable and require no financial contracts. Our program is meant to compliment you and your families life, not burden it.
