This is called customer service!
When everything happened on Wednesday at the UNLV campus, there was a lot of uncertainty about what the rest of this week would look like. JC Neville is the owner of Cubeit Hay Co. and he, and his wife, were going to drive all the way from Hamer, ID to deliver cubes to several of the NFR qualifiers who feed his company’s cubes and watch the first performance before returning home. This was a huge help to us so we didn’t have to use our valuable trailer space for feed… we could use it for important stuff like clothes, shoes, hats, etc 😂 We talked late Wednesday afternoon and told him it looked like the first performance was going to be cancelled and we didn’t expect him to drive all the way to Las Vegas just to deliver cubes and then turn around and drive home the next day. We could find alfalfa to buy around Vegas. But, he came anyway! That’s one huge reason we partner with Cube It. Not only is it some of the best quality forage to feed our horses, it’s because we love doing business with people who know how to provide excellent customer service and who are stand out individuals. Thank you JC and Cube It for all you continue to do for all of us. We are very grateful!
And… thank you Junior Nogueira for finding some tickets for JC and his wife to stay an extra day and go to the rodeo tonight!
