It's fight day and you can expect the Tim Hortons Ice Plex in Rochester to be rocking. FCP Rage in the Cage is back. We'll have have 2 MVMMA fighters on the card. Marissa Bailey-Mason and Jahliel Palmer both put in solid camps are ready and willing to let it rip. Marissa makes her 3rd walk and continues to make huge leaps in her skills with each fight. Jah will be one side of the Main Event against a tough undefeated opponent. Opportunity knocked and Jah answered by stepping up a weight class to challenge for the Bantamweight Title. A win would put him in rare company as a 2x, 2 division champ.

Quick switcharoo at Rage in the Cage 34... Originally headlined by Tubia vs Daudelin for the Bantamweight Title along with a Co Main Event of Palmer vs Jamshidov for the Flyweight Title... changes have been made. Santino was forced to pull out due to injury and Jamshidov was unable to make it. Since fighters fight, Jahliel Palmer will be stepping up a weight class to take on undefeated Chase Daudelin for the FCP Interim Bantamweight Title! It all goes down May 23rd at the Tim Hortons Ice Plex in Rochester NY, don't miss it.

Great night for us last night at FCP in Rochester. We went 2-0 and didn't see a 2nd round in either fight. The Ice Plex was rocking and the card was stacked with talent. Nick Santalucia got things started in a big way with a dominant 1st round TKO improving his record to 2-0. In the Main Event, Santino Tubia made his return to the cage a successful one. After becoming our youngest champion ever, he suffered a knee injury that caused him to vacate his title and miss nearly a year. Last night, against a very high level opponent, he got it back. After an action packed 1st round his opponent was unable to answer the bell in round 2. The win moves him to 5-0 and now 2X champion.

There will always be a bully! Just about everyone has been bullied at some point. If you have an 8-17 year old at risk of bullying, let us teach them how to handle it. We'll teach them how to mentally approach and preferably avoid the situation, while physically defending themselves if needed. This one day class will focus on realistic situations and real self defense techniques to keep them safe. They will walk out more capable than they walk in. Space is limited, reserve your spot now.
