$10 per person. What do you need? Just a mat, a water bottle, maybe some 🕶️ & all the good vibes!

What is Classical Mat Pilates? We use Powerhouse-centric cueing to drive all our movement from the center out. A full-body workout, with plenty of ab work & more, you will leave feeling longer, stronger & hyperaware of your body in space - in truth: brand spankin’ new!

No previous experience needed. All material is intended for beginner-level practitioners, with advancements & modifications (as desired).

Monthly memberships are offered in 4, 8, or UNLIMITED options, applying to all group fitness & classical Mat Pilates classes.

Our UNLIMITED membership includes access to ALL class formats, including Yoga and new additions to the studio. Hint: updated summer schedule & offerings coming tomorrow 👀

What is NOT included❓
Adult Ballet, Adult Contemporary Dance, summer dance master classes, and/or workshops/events. Dance offerings & workshops/events must be purchased separately.

Which option is right for you❓
⭐️ If you regularly attend 1-2 classes weekly, the 4 Monthly Group Classes and/or 8 Monthly Group Classes membership is the best option for you!

⭐️ If you regularly attend 3 or more classes weekly (or many classes sporadically in any given month), the UNLIMITED membership is for you!

How are clients billed❓
⭐️ Subscriptions are billed to the account on file on the 1st of every month. Your allotted classes may be redeemed at any time through the final day of the month. Additional classes beyond your allotted number will be prorated at the same discounted class rate reflected in your subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Subscriptions are only good for the month and will not be credited or extended if not used in full. So plan accordingly - double up some weeks if needed!

The perks❓Memberships vs Class Packages 🤔
⭐️ Memberships offer clients discounted class rates, accompanied by the ease & consistency of a monthly-billed fitness subscription.

⭐️ Class packages are always available, but memberships allow clients to attend ANY class format for the same class rate. Packages are grouped by movement format and do not permit crossover between group fitness, classical Pilates, and/or yoga. Packages have a firm 60-day expiration.
