This Wednesday we will be holding MINI SPORTING CLAYS. The course uses 5 stations with 26 clays.

There will also be s***t, wobbler and trap at 4 pm. The youth trap team will be starting practice at 6 pm, so if you'd like to shoot trap, come out before then.

Thursday, we will be shooting our 10 station Sporting Clays course.

The weather looks warm and windy enough to keep bugs down.

🔔 Range Safety Orientation – This Saturday! 🔔

The Negaunee Rod and Gun Club invites all current and prospective members to attend our Range Safety Orientation Briefing.

🗓 Date: Saturday, June 13
🕙 Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This briefing is specific to our club and an important opportunity to review range rules, safety procedures, and expectations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether you're new to the club or just need a refresher, we encourage you to join us!

No fi****ms or shooting - classroom presentation and tour only.

👉 Attendance is required for anyone planning to use the range in order to receive a range gate key.

We look forward to seeing you there—please feel free to invite others who may be interested in joining!

The Range Safety Orientation Briefing is offered monthly - if you're unable to join us this Saturday please come another month. Check out the club website and view the calendar for upcoming events.

The weather looks to be sunny and in the high 60s both days.

Today we will have the normal Sporting Clays course open at 4 pm. The weather looks good. Burgers and hotdogs will be available and cooked outside on the BBQ grill in the pavilion.

We are looking for volunteers to help out with our annual S***t Shoot, June 6-7th (Sat-Sun). Either let Tim Swanson know or sign up at the bar, pullers and scorers are needed.

The Sporting Clays League is now open and a sign up sheet is located just inside the clubhouse door. All shooting levels welcome and encouraged to join! If you want to save a few bucks on Sporting Clays, consider purchasing a MUPS Punch Card - pay for 10 get 1 free!

Come join the fun, break some clays, and put a smile on your face in the process!

Earlier this week Ashley Maki took a group of women out for an introduction into shotgun shooting on the s***t field! They all learned proper shooting form and hit quite a few targets! Talk about fast learners! 😎💪🏼🎯
