Don't look back, you can never look back. If you look back, you won't break free from past failures or comforts. Loses and setbacks are part of the itenary of life. So are success!

You're the captain of your ship. Rough seas turn sailors into captains that can navigate the best path to success during times of trial.

Use past failures as energy to move forward. The temptation to settle or to revisit bad situations by looking back, is like salt, you'll eventually turn to rust. Your frame once stable and strong became weak due to self doubt. Don't let the erosion of self doubt kill all those future success. You'll have great stories to tell by moving straight ahead.

Rust proof yourself. Armor yourself. Set goals! Move forward! And most importantly DON'T LOOK BACK!

I just had my blood pressure taken during my annual checkup. I don’t any prescription medications. Zero. I do spend money on supplements that do their job. A copay is much cheaper, but I don’t like man made products that leave chemical scarring.
