Shane is a Steroid Free – Professional Bodybuilder and Personal Trainer who has been lifting weights since early childhood. Growing up he idolized those huge freaks in the muscle magazines; naive to the fact that they were dumping chemicals into their bodies like there was no tomorrow. Back then he wished someone would have educated him on natural bodybuilding the way that he educates people today

At Muscle-Licious (Mustang Gym), not only will you always receive mentoring and professional attention, but you will also experience personal training using numerous modalities to individualize each personal training session. Because of that, you should know up front that this isn't just a job to Shane as he is both a certified Personal Trainer and a Professional Bodybuilder, it is what he does! So I HATE A THIEF. YES, I will prosecute for stolen Muscle Milk. Sorry for those that want to purchase Muscle Milk, but we aren’t restocking until I get the new electronic access system installed.

Lately we have had multiple people attending without memberships that I have ran off, and I’m sure they are the ones stealing.

We are currently reviewing CCTV FOOTAGE and I’m sure I can figure out the thieves.

Thank you to all the loyal longtime and new members we have! Good news is our entry system should be updated next week.
