Kids - ages 6-8. Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm. Yoga Tuesdays at 6

Pre teen- ages 9-12. Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays at 6.

Teens - ages 13-18. Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30. Fridays at 6:30.

ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW Heather will be coaching the first of 2, high intensity POWER CYCLE classes!! 💪🏻💪🏻🚴🏼🚴🏻‍♀️

These classes are geared towards gym rats, athletes & indoor cycle enthusiasts alike who are wanting:

🔹Endurance training for competitions, marathons/races, and other cardio strength activities

🔹Climbs, races, and high resistance for max calorie burn & results

🔹A great cardio addition to strength training
