Oh nothing, just Kevin daydreaming about all of our fun QC summer plans💭💭

Join us June 6th for our QC Kayak Trip! We’ll meet at the gym at 8AM for a workout, then head straight to Crazy Horse in Tennessee for a 4–5 hour float with the QC crew 🚣‍♂️

Make sure to bring your own food + drinks for the day! And for anyone not kayaking, don’t worry, we’ll still have our normal 9AM class!

This is gonna be such a fun day and we can’t wait to see you all there!!!

We’re also having a cookout after Murph, and the sign-up sheet for that is there too! We are seriously so excited for this year and can’t wait to see everybody there!

And if you’ve been thinking about trying it, DO IT! This is such a fun workout and a great time to get started. Don’t let the name intimidate you… there are modifications for everyone and the atmosphere is always the best! 💪🏼🇺🇸

Coach Kerry has something really fun (and a little intense 😅) planned for us. If you didn’t know, he’s a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, so he’s putting a spin on the Army Fitness Test just for us 👀
