And sometimes, without even realizing it, our time at ORC gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

We get it. School schedules, work, games, practices, family, and everything in between can make life feel BUSY. But here’s your reminder: making time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

When we pour into ourselves, we show up better everywhere else. More energy. More patience. More confidence. More to give to the people who count on us.

So as routines shift, keep your time on the calendar. Keep showing up. Keep choosing YOU.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be every day. It just has to be intentional.

And remember, your ORC team is always waiting on you. We notice when you’re not there. We miss you when you’re gone. And there will always be a spot for you in the room. 🫶

Tomorrow is the day. 🥹

After 3 years, we’re saying “see you later” to our head strength coach, Noah, as he heads off for a new adventure teaching at Vol State Community College.

Our resident goof, our biggest motivator, and the one who somehow always finds a way to make us laugh while we’re dying 😂 He’s pushed us to our limits, challenged us to get stronger, and has been such a huge part of what makes ORC, ORC.

It won’t be the same without you, Noah, but we know you’ll still pop in from time to time to put us through the ringer. 😉

Noah, we love you so much! Let’s send him off tomorrow the only way we know how… 💥

The Northwest Shoals Community College Volleyball team is officially gearing up for their season, and they kicked things off with a two-week program at One Ride! This is their final week with us, and it has been such a joy to share the ORC movement, energy, and community with this team. 🫶

We hope they leave their time with us knowing that community and teamwork go hand in hand — and that they carry that same spirit with them onto the court this season.

We are SO proud of this team and will be cheering them on every step of the way!
We are proud to be a supporter of the Northwest Shoals Patriots and grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey.

A bittersweet announcement 💛

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be celebrating two incredible team members as they transition out of their full time coaching schedules at ORC.

We’re so excited for Meagan, who will be starting her new journey as a 5th grade teacher in Decatur this August, and for Noah, who has accepted a position at Vol State Community College outside of Nashville. We couldn’t be prouder of them both and all that’s ahead.

✨ Meagan’s last Monday 5:15 AM class will be July 27.
✨ Noah’s last scheduled class will be August 15.

Make plans to hop into their classes over the next few weeks and help us send them off with all the love they’ve poured into this community.

And don’t worry… this isn’t goodbye! You’ll still see both Meagan and Noah pop up on the schedule from time to time for special classes. 💙

Join us in congratulating them on these exciting new chapters. We can’t wait to cheer them on every step of the way!

Our annual ORC Fourth of July event is one of our favorite events of the year, and this one will always hold a special place in our hearts.

This was our final Fourth of July celebration in our 2nd Street studio before we turn the page to our next chapter. Looking back, it’s a reminder of how many memories were made within those four walls and how this community has been the heart of ORC from the very beginning.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, rode with us, and helped make our last Fourth of July at 2nd Street one to remember. ❤️🤍💙

We have some exciting news — we’ve been voted a BEST of Alabama winner, and we are incredibly honored! 🥺

When we opened our doors in 2022, our goal was simple: to create a community and a studio where everyone feels like they truly belong. Today, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for every single person who has walked through our doors and helped make this dream a reality.

When we first started, we never could have imagined we’d be where we are today—celebrating this recognition and preparing to move into a new studio. While our space may be changing, our mission remains the same: to create connection, foster community, and continue growing and moving together.

To the Shoals community, to everyone who visits ORC, and to those who call it home: thank you. We love you so much, and we truly mean it.
