OneRox 🖤
This is where it all begins.

Rooted in the fundamentals of HYROX, OneRox is our class that is your entry point into the training style—where you learn the system, build your base, and get comfortable with the flow.
You’ll move through alternating functional strength and cardio, finding your rhythm while building your engine. You will learn consistent pacing, controlled breathing, and will develop real endurance over time.

This is where you learn the game. Where you build your foundation. And where you start to unlock your inner athlete. 🔥
