150g of protein sounds like A LOT… until you see what it actually looks like. 👀
And that’s where most people get stuck.
They know protein matters, but they’re trying to cram most of it into dinner because breakfast was coffee, lunch was light, and suddenly they need 90 grams before bed. 😂
A much easier approach?
🥚 Breakfast: 43g
🥤 Morning snack: 25g
🍗 Lunch: 32.5g
🥣 Afternoon snack: 25g
🐟 Dinner: 26g
That’s roughly 150g across the day without any one meal having to do all the heavy lifting.
Protein helps support muscle maintenance and growth, recovery, and satiety. And as we get older, maintaining muscle becomes even more important.
The trick isn’t eating a mountain of chicken at 7 PM.
Spread it out. Build each meal around a protein source. Keep it simple.
