Gymnastics, tumbling, and team sports here at Universal Athletics provide students with a safe, fun, and supportive environment! Our staff provides kids of all ages the chance to develop the skill they need to achieve their individual potential! Classes and Programs:

Toddler Time:
This program introduces beginner gymnastics skills with a focus on motor development and coordination through creativ

e activities designed to teach skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Ages: walking to 3 years old

Kindergym
Our kindergym programs is geared for children 3 or 4 years old. We provide instruction in beginner gymnastics and put an emphasis on acquiring and mastering skills and becoming familiar with gymnastics terminology and body awareness. It is an introductory program designed to teach core gymnastics fundamentals in the areas of trampoline, vault, beam, bars, and floor. Tumbling
Appropriate for ages 7 and up including all abilities beginner through advanced. Choose the class that is appropriate to your ability level. White: This is for those student who are new to the sport of tumbling. Skills taught range from the basics of rolling, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, round offs, and kickovers. Blue: This class is for students who have mastered skills in "white" and are working on backwalkovers and standing backhandsprings. Green: This class will add an additional skill focus on running tumbling. Students will be working on round off series and tucks as well as standing tumbling through to a tuck. Silver: Advanced tumblers only! Working on layouts and fulls from round off backhandsprings or standing series entries. Boys Only Tumbling:
Ages 3, 4, and 5 year olds will stay active while working on body control, strength, and coordination. Ages 6 and up will learn proper technique and safety for their activeness. This class is a perfect way to build a sturdy foundation in many sills that will aide growth and progress in any sport. Recreational Gymnastics
Appropriate for ages 7 and up including all abilities beginner through advanced. Students will be assessed regularly and will be awarded ribbons upon the completion of skills as outlined in our curriculum. Competitive Gymnastics:
