Congrats to Kylie Merrill on her first over the fence homer. It was a 3-run blast to left field. We all know that this is the first of many for this young lady as she continues to progress in her softball career.

This pic is from one of the tournaments we’ve played this spring. I’d like to say how proud I am of these young ladies. They have started out rough but as the season continues they are continuing to impress me. They played this weekend in West Frankfort at a tournament called Spring Swing. This tournament was a battle all weekend but the young ladies continued to fight against tough competition. Did we come away with the championship? No but we did see how much heart and drive they all had. Amazing defense work matched with great batting and sprinkled with some smart base running kept these young ladies in it. Keep up the awesome work ladies and you will be championship bound.

#8 Kennedy Riddle did some awesome work this weekend. This young lady just barely got her first homerun yesterday. Then today followed it up with a no doubt homerun. She also contributed great playing centerfield and with base running. Way to be great #8!!!!

Aubrey “Snake” Specogni hit a bomb over the fence today against Midwest Grit in the 7 in the Spring Tournament in Cape Girardeau, Mo! Way to go kiddo!! 👏🏼 💪🏼
