🚨 200+ for Aimee McLaughlin !! Aimee is an absolute rockstar who was looking for a change. Life got busy, kids happened, life got busier, and suddenly she was feeling stuck and wanting some extra accountability to help make exercise training and fitness back in her routine.
She’s accomplished that goal, even though life still gets busy and some weeks it’s harder than others! But the best part?
Her kids LOVE coming and seeing mama workout. Their family goes on hikes and is active together. It’s not just a habit in her life, but for the next generation!

🚨 ☠️ Welcome to the Blackshirt Family - Kennadi Marion
We have a ton of great leaders. Our brand is creating great humans and not just great athletes. We believe everyone can lead no matter how introverted shy or skilled they are at their sport.
But out of 2000+ kids, we only have 20ish Blackshirts.
The blackshirt is our highest leadership award. It’s earned, not given. Athletes must train year round 2+ times/week. They represent all of our core standards of attitude, effort, tempo, and positive energy at training, practice, the grocery store, everywhere.
The type of kid who comes early, always finishes the workout, and helps a new athlete feel at home.
They invest fully into the workout. Understanding the goals, they do the tempos, they stick the landings, they start behind the lines and finish the sprints through them. Relentless detail.
This isn’t a yearly vote. Athletes have to force the conversation by upholding the standard so consistently they force a nomination by a coach to get on a watch list. And then once we are confident they’re ready for the responsibility they get the shirt.
Why all this for a T-shirt? Because it’s not about the T-shirt.
When she started her exit velocity was high 50s & low 60s, and she had never hit a homerun. Now exit velo is low 70s and this past high school season she hit 5!

🚨 with 800+
This strong wife and mother is consistent for 5 days/week. Four days per week strength with a cardio finisher at the end, one fully dedicated cardio day, and lives an active lifestyle!
She was motivated by her dad who she always remembered training. She wanted to lead the way for her family as well as be as strong as she could physically and mentally.
And now, she’s passed the torch another generation as her daughter has started coming to training as well. Not because she has to, but because she has been wanting to for years and finally gets to!
Lead the way. One day at a time.
Some days are easier, some months are harder.
But consistency wins.
Plus one at a time and suddenly you’ll be at 800+ workouts a whole different person than you once were 💪.

🚨 with 100+ workouts! This one’s especially cool because I’m pretty positive her daughter hasn’t missed a single one.
She loves watching mama and the gym and waiting until the end to do running with her!
Now she has another one on the way, and hasn’t skipped a beat with her training!
“My first pregnancy I treated my body like it was fragile or broken and I felt that way, this pregnancy I’m treating it like it’s strong and amazing and now I feel that way”.
She’s lifting heavy, still doing cardio, and doing everything she can to have the healthiest delivery and easiest recovery post partum. Sure we’ve had to modify and some days were better than others, but that quote speaks volumes to how amazing she is doing!
The research has changed significantly on exercise, weight training, and cardio during pregnancy and we would love to walk along side you in your journey! We are happy to work with your OB and love partnering with as well! .
PS- the quote said that I paraphrased applies to every human ever, even if you’re not with child 😉. And believing it will change your life.
Proud of you Jerelyn!

🚨 200+’for ! Holly has competed in distance running her entire life. But wanted to join for a few different goals and to support that passion.
She wanted to improve her times and decrease chances of injury.
She wanted to do strength training. To not only help with running but building and maintaining lean muscle so she could be an active and healthy mom as long as possible.
She wanted to find a community where she could take one hour of the day to prioritize herself and put herself in the best mental shape she could for the remaining 23 hours!
She’s successfully completed all of these goals, and is still chasing more!
Strength training was super intimidating to her. Like it is to many reading this! But she was patient, trusted our coaching team, and kept showing up and now she’s hitting new weight room PRs each month!
And, when they submit the post race pictures online, she now has pictures where both feet are off the ground at the same time mid stride. Which is not only epic but shows how much stronger and more powerful she’s become!
Proud of you Holly!

🚨 700+ for !!
Consistency and trusting the process is this last 100s theme. Natalie has made some massive physical and mental changes the last 700 workouts. She was someone who previously would get obsessive over diet exercise etc, and then when a bad day would happen would spiral for two weeks. Repeat.
She’s now at a place where she only talks about the she’s thinking about spiraling but not actually doing it 😂.
I joke, because in reality what she’s done is stayed patient and done things the right way. Changing those thought loops and patterns takes time. Repetition. Learning from steps backwards. And building the mental and physical the right way so it’s sustainable even if that means it’s the slow way.
Because of that, when she ended up having a super hard and stressful last year, she was able to stay the course. She could adapt her goals. She was more kind to herself on the not as good days. And she didn’t fully quit or need to start over. She put the work in when life was busy and stressful, so that when life got REALLY busy and stressful she was ready.
And now, she’s like 6 months into a super scary no zero day goal she set during the holidays. Then she tried it another month. And another. And now she’s gotten at least 20m of intentional activity exercise or training every day for 180+ days.
But it didn’t take doing 180 degrees of change.
It took a +1 each day.
Follow her example.

What makes us different?
Training, not exercise - everything’s based on motor learning biomechanics exercise physiology and other science. It’s not guessing. It’s not what looks cool on a highlight reel. It’s how the body learns and adapts based on science.
Fundamentals not fluff- continuing on previous point, we do what works. It might not be the most fun versions of exercise. It’s often mastering basic fundamentals. It’s consistently doing the little details. No flashy names for classes or 8 week bootcamps. But we are good at making the “boring” super fun.
Comprehensive training- our trainings designed to check every box you need whether you come once a week or five times a week. And your plan doesn’t change based on who’s coaching or what time slot you’re at. This means we can accommodate your insanely busy schedule.
Individualized training, at an affordable cost - no one can afford a one on one personal trainer consistently enough to get better. Our systems are designed to provide the same individualization, but in a small group setting. So you can afford to come consistently enough to actually get better.
Sustainable results - we aren’t here for quick fixes or gimmicks. The right way takes time. But when you do it the right way the results stay with you longer. We want you to be successful forever, not just for one season of life.
Professional coaches- we have PTs, MDs, masters degrees, and a ton of specific certifications within the profession. Our coaches can’t work here unless they complete a comprehensive 10 week internship first. We’ve coached middle school through professional, coached 2000+ athletes, and the gyms full of flags of colleges our kids have gotten scholarships to. We not only have the experience, but the credentials behind it and have a collaborative approach with many coaches trainers and therapists in the area!
